Our Roastery

Also located in Wilson Creek, just up Field Road from the Café, is our roasting facility. We are conveniently centrally located on the Sunshine Coast where we deliver up and down the Coast from ferry to ferry, from sea to shining sea...roast, package, cup, repeat, Sometimes we package, roast, and cup, we like to mix it up.

When we first started roasting coffees in 1996, it was hard to find sources of certified organic coffees. How things have changed in the last 20 years. There are now sources of organic and fairly traded coffees from all over the planet. We source as many of these as we can.

On November 22, 1998, we received our license from TransFair Canada to provide certified Fair Trade coffees. These are also now available from most coffee producing countries in the world.
